What counts as a screen?

A TV that's paired to your account. Devices showing a pairing code, and any screens you unpair, cost nothing.

How does the Volume minimum work?

Volume is $5 a screen with a $168 monthly minimum — the same as a full 24-screen Standard account, so moving up never increases your bill. In practice your bill doesn't change between 25 and 33 screens: those nine are free. From 34 screens on you're paying the flat $5.

What happens when I outgrow Starter?

Your sixth screen moves the account to Standard, which is billed per screen — so the bill goes from $25 to $42 a month. We tell you before it happens, not after.

What happens if I go over my storage?

Nothing breaks. We'll email you, your screens keep playing, and you can clear space or move up a plan.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Any time. Switching to annual credits what you've already paid for the current month.

What hardware do I need?

Any Fire TV, Firestick or Android TV. Install the app, enter the code on screen, and you're live.

What happens if the internet drops?

Screens keep playing the content they've already downloaded and re-sync automatically when the connection returns.

Can I show PDFs?

Yes — every page becomes a slide, and you choose which pages play.

What if I cancel?

Your screens drop back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
